Job Summary:


As the Service Drive Manager at Berge Mazda/ Volkswagen, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service Advisors.

This is a full-time, commission-only position with potential for career growth and advancement in the automotive industry.

As a manager, you will be leading a team to ensure customers receive top-quality service while also driving profitability for the dealership.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of service advisors and technicians to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop service team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure all vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze department performance and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership performance and maximize customer retention.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and advancements, utilizing this knowledge to improve processes and systems within the service department.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in automotive service management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving performance and profitability in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Must have a valid AZ Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
