ABOUT THE ROLE


Centralized Schedulers will be responsible for answering incoming calls from our patients, providers, and other inbound callers to set up their appointments for diagnostic imaging, answering general questions about the services we provide, and directing calls to the correct department for other needs.

The role will require you to multitask as you schedule appointments and take notes after every phone call. You will also assist in follow up with pending referrals which involves dialing out to patients with pending referrals


RESPONSIBILITES

  • Scheduling new patients and existing patients for diagnostic imaging
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Assist in patient follow up for pending referrals
  • Maintain knowledge of ongoing scheduling protocols
  • Navigate scheduling software
  • Communication with other departments within the company

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • General Knowledge about G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred

OPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Medical Scheduling Experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
