    Job Description

    · Prioritize safety above all to protect our team members, partners, and customers.

    · Analyze and optimize the flow of materials throughout the plant process.

    · Develop and implement efficient materials flow strategies to minimize bottlenecks and reduce lead times.

    · Collaborate with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

    · Design and implement visual management systems to monitor materials flow and identify areas for improvement.

    · Work closely with suppliers to improve material delivery schedules and reliability.

    · Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance materials handling efficiency.

    · Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production teams to determine optimal storage and staging locations for materials.

    · Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in materials flow.

    · Collaborate with cross functional teams, provide technical expertise and support for setting up ERP and MES systems, materials handling equipment and systems.

    · Develop and maintain documentation for materials flow processes and procedures.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve materials flow issues.

    · Capture and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
