Your daily responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the HR & Backoffice department.
  • You act as the interface between HR & Backoffice and management.
  • You serve as a mentor for the department and continuously develop the knowledge and skills of the team.
  • You act as a sparring partner for executives and management on personnelrelated issues.
  • You support the team in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • You monitor and analyze HR trends with the goal of continuously improving Reos' HR processes.
  • This position is temporary until October 31, 2024, due to parental leave coverage.

Your skills:


  • You have a degree in human resource management, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in strategic HR work and team leadership.
  • You have a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor law, and compliance guidelines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills complete your profile.
