Description
Your daily responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the HR & Backoffice department.
- You act as the interface between HR & Backoffice and management.
- You serve as a mentor for the department and continuously develop the knowledge and skills of the team.
- You act as a sparring partner for executives and management on personnelrelated issues.
- You support the team in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- You monitor and analyze HR trends with the goal of continuously improving Reos' HR processes.
- This position is temporary until October 31, 2024, due to parental leave coverage.
Your skills:
- You have a degree in human resource management, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in strategic HR work and team leadership.
- You have a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor law, and compliance guidelines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills complete your profile.
