We are currently seeking a permanent
HSE Safety Specialist (m/f/d) to join our HSEQ department in
Hephzibah, GA as soon as possible.


How you will be successful with us - Your main responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting organizational units at the location as a specialist for occupational safety
  • Assisting with the implementation of legal and internal requirements for occupational and health protection
  • Constantly developing occupational and health protection within the company
  • Leading the occupational safety committee and conducting/participating in relevant meetings and working groups
  • Conducting/participating in safety inspections and acceptance of facilities before commissioning
  • Conducting/participating in safety discussions and risk assessments
  • Organizing, conducting, and documenting trainings
  • Investigating and analyzing incidents/nearmisses
  • Acting as a contact person for the professional association and authorities during occupational safetyrelated inspections, incidents, and occupational diseases
  • Preparing relevant evaluations and reports
  • Fulfilling the role of fire protection officer
  • Managing the HSEQ portal for Hephzibah
