    Description:

    Parry Labs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for capturing new business within the Defense Aerospace and commercial markets. The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for presenting, demonstrating, and positioning current and new Parry Labs products / solutions for customers. Additionally facilitate custom Hardware sales with OEMs and USG offices. Will work with buyers to obtain request for quotes and proposals, onboarding new business, and building long-term, strategic relationships. They will also work as a liaison between the customer and critical departments to ensure our company is represented professionally and responsibly in the industry and that our organization meets and exceeds customer expectations.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Develop new business opportunities to provide a foundation for continuous upward sales trends while meeting profitability objectives

    Identify, develop, and foster key relationships at executive and buyer levels with new customers

    Interface directly with the customer decision makers to obtaining quoting opportunities

    Manage relationships and ensure timely responses to customer questions and action requests

    Able to manage internal quote log and perform analysis on how to increase quoting opportunities, win rate and customers

    Act as a liaison between customer and internal departments to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood, and met throughout the organization

    Communicate with buyers daily on recent quote submissions, inquiries, obtaining new quotes, and developing customer relationship

    Write and prepare proposal submissions and coordinate efforts across the organization

    Develop strategic plans and support competitive analyses

    Assist in setting sales objectives and forecasts

    Required Qualifications:

    5+ years sale experience in the Defense Aerospace market. Current relationships with buyers across the customer market

    Must be willing to obtain USG SECRET clearance

    Bachelors Degree in Business or related field; or BS in engineering or relevant technical discipline. Masters degree preferred

    Able to successfully build opportunity and pipelines and achieve solid win rate

    Experience selling OEM/COTS Embedded Electronics/Computing Hardware and Software

    In-depth knowledge of defense markets and experience evaluating new business opportunities

    Has the personal and professional skill to successfully interface with a wide range of people including customers, project managers, functional department managers, and peers to address complex situations

    Experience both written and verbal, with public speaking and frequent interactions with senior-level management

    High energy and sense of urgency to meet internal and external customer expectations

    Working knowledge of financial reports; understands margins; inventory; cost; profit and loss; etc
