- Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer
- Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up
- Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash
- Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant's condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Weekend Availability
- Pass Criminal Background
- Pass Physical - TB Test, Varicella, MMR, HEP B, T-Dap, Flu/Influenza (Declinations accepted)
- Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)

CCWSG provides clinical and non-clinical staffing support to PACE centers across the country; we are the nation's exclusive provider of non-medical, in-home caregivers for the elderly enrolled in PACE programs. Currently, we have over 3,000 caregivers supporting patients in their homes through PACE.
