This role is regulated by FINRA.

As a Barclays Securitized Products Origination Assistant Vice President (AVP) on the Securitized Products Origination team, you will work with both senior and junior bankers on transaction execution and new business origination activities.

You will work on all relevant facets of a capital markets transaction, from financial analysis/modeling, industry and market-based research, preparation of offering memoranda, coordination of processes and warehouse facilities and assistance in the proposals, and other written materials/client presentations.

Salary / Rate Minimum: 125,000

Salary / Rate Maximum: 170,000

What will you be doing?

Coordinating with investors, rating agencies, internal and external counsel and accountants to execute term ABS and warehouse lending positions for the firm
Creating comprehensive marketing and pitch materials, rating agency presentations and sales memos
Analyzing various types of collateral using CAS or Excel
Being responsible for drafting term sheets for new business opportunities
Reviewing and commenting on legal documentation for term ABS and warehouse lending
Participating in roadshow activities for primary new issue transactions

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree and one to two years of experience as an associate on a Securitized Products Origination team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of structured finance, different financial instruments and the broader financial market

Skills that will help you in the role:

Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks on strict deadlines
Prior experience interfacing with internal/external stakeholders
Experience working in fastpaced work environment
Experience with Bloomberg, CAS, and Intex preferred, but not required

Where will you be working?
You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue.
