We are searching for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, identify decisionmakers, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of Belzona's products and solutions.
  • Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries to ensure product satisfaction.
  • Travel throughout your designated territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding abilities and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • A selfmotivated and resultsoriented work ethic.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in the repair and maintenance industry is a plus.
