Description
Real Estate Management Company seeks an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician for a 310-unit apartment community in Huntington Beach, CA.Essential Functions:
The Maintenance Technician must have the ability to install, service, replace, and repair all items pertinent to service request demands.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Service, remove, and install appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers, garbage disposals, and water heaters
- Countertops and cabinets
- Toilets, sinks, and vanities
- Caulking and grouting
- Window Screens and window blinds
- Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses
- Hardware
- Minor drywall damage
- Stair treads
- Cleaning out main drain lines and sewer lines up to 4"
Special Requirements:
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school education or equivalent is preferred
- Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
Professional Experience:
- Minimum threeyear apartment maintenance technician experience required
Must have a valid California Driver License
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
