Pay:
$23 - $28 per hour

Our chiropractic practice is seeking a New Patient Concierge to join our team. As a New Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our chiropractic services.

Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and friendly atmosphere for our new patients while helping them navigate their initial experience with us.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome new patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist new patients in filling out intake forms and providing necessary information.
  • Schedule appointments and answer inquiries regarding our services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide information on our chiropractic care and services.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Detailoriented and able to handle administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
