Job Description: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Crescent City Recruitment Group is delighted to present a rewarding opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner in Witchita Falls, TX. This full-time, direct hire position offers a generous compensation package with a base salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, plus a 10.5% annual bonus based on performance KPIs. Located at a facility that specializes in occupational health services, the role involves no weekends or on-call duties, providing a balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Perform medical assessments and establish care levels for patients.
Collaborate with the medical director and center leadership to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
Maintain clinical competencies and adhere to professional standards.

Qualifications:

Valid NP license and DEA and/or DOT certification.
Experience in occupational health or a related field preferred.
