Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome everyone in a friendly and professional manner
- Check members and visitors into the facility efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Sell memberships and program participation, providing information about all GLEC services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Performs clerical duties including: filing, copying, creating documents, research, member calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to sell facility amenities and services
- Experience with cash register operations
