Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome everyone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check members and visitors into the facility efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Sell memberships and program participation, providing information about all GLEC services
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Performs clerical duties including: filing, copying, creating documents, research, member calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:


  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to sell facility amenities and services
  • Experience with cash register operations
