Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Experience in developing and governing high performing geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Delivers cutting-edge solutions, business value, and world class service as a problem solver.
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders including plant managers and unit supervisors across various manufacturing unites.
Developed and manage project expenditure budgets ranging from $10k to $50MM.
Ensured projects are designed and successfully completed within budget and timeline constraints while maintaining quality delivery.
Analyzed design for continuous process improvement to update and modify processes.
Demonstrated experience with structured thinking to proactively recognize business challenges, diagnose, and frame problems, develop solutions, communicate complex analysis and insights.
Experience in working in HVEC (High Value Engineering Center) onsite/Offshore model.Experience in chemical/oil and gas /material handling system preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor of EngineeringMechanical/Chemical
