Cafeteria Team Leader (m/f/d):

Part-time (35 hours) at our location in Bamberg, Masontown, WV

Responsibilities:

Staff planning and creation of duty and cleaning schedules
Planning an attractive, healthy, and sustainable food offering, including preparation and serving of meals
Purchasing of groceries and checking incoming goods
Proper storage of delivered and prepared food
Cash reconciliation, monitoring of income and expenses, and ensuring costeffectiveness
Refilling and cleaning of vending machines and coffee machines, etc.
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and HACCP regulations
Cleaning and maintenance of the cafeteria, including monitoring of recycling of waste
Participation in the implementation of projects and new acquisitions in the cafeteria department

Skills and Qualifications:

Completed training in household management or gastronomy, preferably with additional commercial knowledge
Experience in daily food processing and preparation
