The company is known for its solid construction services in the areas of new residential buildings and commercial construction, which are in line with the latest technology.

Due to the high demand for real estate, we are looking for a Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of building construction in Sumava Resorts, IN.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing construction projects and project documentation
  • Tendering and awarding subcontractor services
  • Managing project timelines, quality, and costs
  • Coordinating subcontractors during construction and warranty periods
  • Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Providing support to clients during construction and warranty periods

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical education in construction (e.g. degree)
  • Previous experience in construction and project management
  • Team player with a structured and independent work style
  • Confident and effective communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
