Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Travel Insurance

  • Consultation and information on all matters related to our insurance products
  • Preparation of offers
  • Support in insurance conclusion with CRS / internet
  • Conclusion of travel insurance
  • Information on damages (travel cancellation)
  • Changes to insurance contracts
  • Coverage check
  • Processing of special inquiries

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in travel, office management or similar)
  • Appropriate professional experience in tourism, assistance or call center for the position
