What to expect in your daily tasks:
- Receiving and processing orders for partial and full loads on a national and international level
- Ensuring a smooth supply chain
- Procuring loading space from external partners using appropriate freight exchanges
- Preparing all necessary documents for domestic and crossborder transportation
- Completing all customs formalities for shipments
- Constant communication and correspondence with subcontractors and customers in German and English
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or equivalent
- Previous experience in handling national and international truck transportation
- Basic geographical knowledge
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in using common MS Office applications
- Organizational skills, structured approach, problemsolving abilities, as well as teamwork and communication skills
