(Continental Precision Inc.) is a manufacturer of precision CNC machined specialty components for the Aerospace, Military, Commercial, and Medical Industries.

We are ISO Certified 9100 and AS9100D. The company is a well established company and have been machining for over 50 years in Phoenix.

We are looking to hire a General Manager:

• Develop and implement strategic planning of the facilities operations to ensure continued success on meeting customer expectations
• Deliver profitability objectives while making resource allocation decisions and manage pricing, production costs, and spending
• Ability to plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances
• Provide necessary technical guidance to manufacturing functions to resolve quality, performance, and process efficiency issues
• Follow up with customers' requirements and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 58 years' experience directly managing/supervising machinists in a customized, high volume production environment.
• Previous CNC Machining and Programming Experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and superior knowledge of machine drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and be selfmotivated
• A working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act, the Industrial Regulations, and the Employment Standards Ac

Pay:
$60, $90,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Management: 5 years (preferred)
• CNC Mills and Lathes, 5 Axis, combined: 7 years (preferred)
