Your responsibilities:
- Managing existing customers and strengthening longterm business relationships
- Independently and successfully acquiring new customers
- Creating and following up on offers
- Regularly monitoring and analyzing customer sales developments
- Identifying and developing customer potentials
- Developing and implementing active sales measures
- Preparing for and attending customer meetings
- Training and managing our field sales representatives
- Participating in sales fairs within the country
- Contributing ideas for new product innovations
- Representing our company at events Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training and 35 years of experience in sales
- Excellent German language skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Quick comprehension and confident demeanor
- Strong communication skills and goal orientation
- High flexibility and occasional willingness to travel, including overnight stays Our offer:
