    Your Role at TUMI:

    Join our Retail team as an Associate Manager where you will play a vital role in providing customers with an exceptional brand experience, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales through top-notch service.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a good understanding, if not a passion, for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets.

    The TUMI retail environment fosters entrepreneurship, offering growth prospects by collectively working towards increased sales, client awareness, and service excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Performance to Goals:

    • Achieve and surpass personal sales and KPI metrics such as conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.

    Leadership and Initiative:

    • Demonstrate strong initiative, strategic planning, and change management skills.
    • Strive for excellence, take ownership, and meet deadlines effectively.

    People Development:

    • Contribute to training and development initiatives for team members.
    • Provide constructive feedback, encourage open communication, and promote a culture of learning.

    Communication and Relationship Building:

    • Display strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adapt communication to different stakeholders and situations.
    • Uphold ethical conduct and promote organizational goals effectively.
    • Collaborate efficiently with the team.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure accuracy in timekeeping and comply with company policies.
    • Engage in continuous training and development through Tumi University.

    Visual Merchandising/Client Experience:

    • Follow visual guidelines and provide top-notch client service.
    • Enhance the client experience by utilizing tools like client books and executing event strategies.
    • Ensure a consistent and superior client journey.

    Qualifications:

    • Possess a genuine passion for the TUMI brand and lifestyle.
    • Embrace a collaborative environment and feedback culture.
    • Demonstrate strong sales and client service experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
    • Have a track record of meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
    • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Exhibit integrity, leadership skills, and effective time management.
