Description
We are seeking a part-time accountant who will report to the Controller and will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the College's accounting compliance requirements as needed.
This is a part-time, hourly position.Example of Duties:
- Support and back up for accounts payable.
- Monitor Check processing.
- Review and correct errors on a regular basis.
- Maintain files of accounts payable information.
- Perform other accounting related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Working towards an A.S. degree required (preferably at PCCC).
- Work experience in Higher Education.
- Ability to interpret and implement government regulations and guidelines.
