We are looking for meticulous students (m/f/d) to assist with data entry at an exciting client company in Lake Bluff, IL.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will maintain object data, contact information, etc. in a cloudbased ERP system
  • You will scan documents and store them in the cloud
  • You will assist with billing using various systems
  • You will handle customer communication through a ticketing system
  • You will analyze and evaluate data

Your profile:


  • You have fluent written and spoken German skills
  • You have good computer skills
  • You are reliable
  • You work with precision and accuracy

Key information:


  • Onboarding will take place onsite
  • After that, remote work is possible
  • Weekly hours: approximately 20 hours/week
