Due to their dynamic growth and to ensure their sustainable success story, our client is looking for a dedicated "Senior Recruiting Expert (m/f/d)".

Responsibilities:

You will manage the entire recruiting process from search to onboarding
You will actively participate in the acquisition of new talents in the field of digitalization both young professionals and senior experts
You act as a sparring partner for the individual departments in the selection of applicants
In your daily work, you use traditional recruiting tools, as well as active sourcing and various social media channels
You actively support in university marketing and participate in various university events
You continuously and sustainably develop HR topics across the group
You participate in crossdepartmental recruiting projects and drive innovations in the context of sourcing

Qualifications:

You have several years of professional experience in recruiting, as well as in active sourcing, preferably in the IT sector
You are curious and keep yourself uptodate with the latest recruiting trends
You are an openminded person with a handson mentality and enjoy actively shaping things
You are proficient in MS Office applications and ideally have experience with various recruiting tools
You are characterized by team spirit and communication skills combined with a professional appearance
You love to fill challenging positions
