Overview:


We are currently looking for an entry-level Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team In this role, you will assist in the execution of various accounting tasks, such as daily settlement of account balances, investigating discrepancies, issuing account statements, and working with customers to resolve/process payments.

Our 4-10's shift runs Wednesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.


Key Responsibilities:

Monitor billing exceptions report.

  • Investigate AVS and credit card discrepancies
  • Assess/adjust credit limits.
  • Issue account statements as needed.
  • Meet daily cutoff times for order processing.
  • Monitor balances according to Customer Terms Accounts.
  • Communicate with Customer Support department on order holds and releases.
