Description

National Express Shuttle (operated by WeDriveU) and Transit is a business unit of global mobility provider
Mobico Group.


Shift Hours:
Monday-Friday; 2:30pm to 10pm


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor drivers throughout their routes.
  • Communicate specific instructions to drivers in the field regarding passenger pickups and dropoffs.
  • Assist with investigating and resolving customer concerns.
  • Monitor traffic flow and send out alerts as needed.
  • Record incidents for vendor followup.
  • Support Lost and Found process.
  • Ensure that all tasks comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies and/or government regulations. Additional duties and responsibilities may apply.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:


  • 1+ years of professional experience working in one or more of the following capacities: dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality.
  • Extremely detailoriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously with various open tabs.
  • Provide quick real time responses to requests.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills.
  • Exude a professional and energetic demeanor while performing effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred but not required.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
