Digital XPress is hiring Our Office Support position is a full-time role stationed primarily at our front desk. General duties include interacting with the company's customers by answering phone calls and assisting with order pick-ups. This position will support our Accounting and Account Coordinator teams with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a great starting position for an individual looking to grow within a companyDuties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and customers that enter the building
- Handle cash and credit card payments for invoices
- File documentations, invoices, payments, samples, and more within the Accounting and Account Coordinator Departments
- Support with purchasing of office supplies
- Complete jobs in our Management Information System and prepare for billing as needed
- Sort through and pass out mail to the appropriate personnel everyday
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Enthusiastic and positive
- Great time management and punctuality is a must
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience required.
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
