Position Purpose:


Key Job Activities:


  • Managing content for the global company intranet, ensuring that it is uptodate, engaging, and informative.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate translation of internal content utilizing internal translation tools.
  • Maintaining and updating the editorial calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders working collaboratively to ensure communications are accurate and connect with specific audiences.
  • Working with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values. This includes ensuring communication messaging and content is of the highest quality, accurate, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of internal communications and making recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of certain highprofile monthly, quarterly, and annual onsite and virtual company meetings and special events, including the preparation of agendas, presentations, and related content.
  • Assisting with crisis communications as appropriate, ensuring all employees are informed and up to date.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Education:


  • Preferred Education: in Bachelor's Degree

Experience:


  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism or related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills with keen attention to detail across all tasks and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and innovatively while also acting tactically to accomplish key goals.
  • Knowledge of best practices for internal communications.
  • Knowledge of distinct writing styles, including AP style and can write for both long and short formats and a variety of mediums.
  • Excellent people and project management skills with the ability to thrive while managing multiple timesensitive projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and cloudbased internal communications platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML is a plus.
