Position Summary
Compile, compute, and record billing, accounting, and other numerical data for billing purposes. Prepare billing invoices for services rendered.

Support the Finance Manager and Finance Department with daily invoice generation and billing management for services rendered through computer software.


Requirements and Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Some College or Minimum of 1year Experience in Financial Assisting or Equivalent preferred.
  • Moderate Proficiency in QuickBooks and Accounting Software.
  • Computer Proficiency; Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Applications etc.
  • Strong Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Work well in a team setting, as well as independently.
  • Demonstrated Professionalism and Organization Ability.
  • Strong Arithmetic, Reading and Writing Skills Required.

Hybrid Position Schedule

In-Office:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


Work from Home:
Monday and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
