Hemphill's outplacement, career coaching and resume writing services makes a big impact Help individuals understand and quantify their strengths, accomplishments, and career goals into a resume and LinkedIn profile that produces results. In this position, you will help individuals at all stages of their career proactively identify the types of positions, and specific companies where they are well positioned for success and happiness. Coach individuals through the process of taking ownership for their search so they are proactively setting informational meetings and interviews with the right leaders in the right companies. Provide training and best practices in interview preparation, methods that produce successful interview outcomes, writing post interview thank you letters, and negotiating the right offer, etc.
