Our client is an internationally operating company that offers planning, execution, and maintenance of building technology systems.

We are currently seeking a project manager for our key client in the industrial sector, responsible for new and renovation projects.

You will have the opportunity to work independently and manage communication and project execution with this client located in the northern part of Munich.

Your responsibilities will include independently managing and executing projects in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation, while considering cost, quality, and timeline requirements.

You will also lead subcontractors and a small team, analyze and evaluate technical systems, and develop necessary measures. Additionally, you will conduct inspections, oversee services, and manage contract-related correspondence and change orders in accordance with legal requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in energy or building technology, a certification as a master/technician or similar in the field of building services, and extensive experience in project or facility management.

You should also possess strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and conceptually. Fluency in German is required.
