At Louis, we see our apprentices as the employees of tomorrow and the potential department leaders of the future.

The apprenticeship will begin in August 2024, but you can already apply for the 2025 program. You will complete your practical training at our headquarters in Hamburg Allermöhe.

The apprenticeship program lasts for 3 years, with the possibility of shortening it based on your performance.

Your role will involve planning, organizing, and managing logistics operations.

You will have a thorough understanding of our warehouse and also gain experience in the world of shipping through a placement at DHL.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in our purchasing, store management, and accounting departments, giving you a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Rotating through various departments within our logistics operations
  • Planning and managing storage and shipping, ensuring optimal conditions
  • Contributing to the development of logistics concepts
  • Coordinating and monitoring logistics chains, taking into account customs and foreign trade regulations
  • Communicating with business partners from both domestic and international markets to optimize our logistics and shipping processes
