- Uses the applicant tracking system (ATS) to facilitate the job posting, confirm requirements are appropriate for the approved job description, and activate posting.
- Provides training to hiring managers on utilization of ATS
- Maintains Offer Letter, standard email communications to candidates and other templates and resources in ATS
- Using the ATS, monitor job opening progress through the interview process.
- Coaches and provides guidance to hiring managers on offers leveraging guidance from the VP of HR, and extends written offers to candidates.
- Provides innovative candidate sourcing to produce sustainable talent pipelines and maintaining a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all relevant functional areas.
- Represents the company at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, sponsored events, etc.), to provide the public with information about the company and career opportunities.
- Works collaboratively with stakeholders to develop, maintain and facilitate weekly company orientation program for new hires.
- Participates in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, process improvement efforts.
- Facilitates the post offer/pre-hire processes, including coordinating background checks, drug tests and obtaining appropriate documentation to support compliance with various policies, regulations and laws.
- Manages the onboarding process to include maintaining documentation associated with the new hire's personnel files.
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.

- This is a full-time position and core hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Potential for evening and weekend hours as required.
- Travel to company locations may be required to facilitate orientation of needs and to potentially escort MD or OD candidates through a complex interview process.
- Position will be required to work onsite in Oldsmar, Fl two days to three days per week to support managing personnel files.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year as HR Generalist or Recruitment support role ideally including a combination of both corporate and agency environments (healthcare environment experience preferred)
- Knowledgeable of state and federal employment/hiring laws and internet candidate requirements
- Highly collaborative with experience working in a multi-disciplinary team to develop sourcing and candidate capture strategies
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using a wide array of techniques
- Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and act with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements
The Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for partnering with hiring managers, business leaders, HR and recruiting partners to execute a defined strategy. On a day-to-day basis, This role will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts including posting positions, working with hiring manager to provide training on utilization of ATS, monitoring openings to ensure hiring managers are moving candidates forward through the process, facilitating the post offer/pre-hire processes, managing the onboarding process to include facilitating and maintaining the weekly orientation for new hires as well as maintaining documentation associated with the new hires personnel files.
