- Review resumes and screen applicants
- Proactively source candidates
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and update HRIS system
- Assist with various clerical duties such as mailings and filings
- Previous administrative/HR experience, internships will be considered
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong MS Office skills, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's degree is required

Our client, a pharmaceutical consulting firm that focuses on building strong relationships with clientele is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for posting jobs, reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to the Recruiting Manager and assist with day-to-day responsibilities in the Human Resources department. This role is onsite five days a week.
