Position Overview:

no prior experience required
We are seeking preprocess operators to help with preparation processes, final inspection, and packaging to join our team in our Chandler facility.
This position will require you to follow written or verbal instructions to lay-out, mask, fasten, assemble sand, debur, install and functionally prepare product or material for specific shop process.

Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Keep work area neat, organized, and clean at end of every shift.
- Follow work instructions from the job order.
- Review customer documentation to ensure the correct process is identified on the job order.
- Customer Service
- Help customers load and unload parts.
- Must be able to determine surfaces that require high tolerance masking using tapes, plugs, and stop off lacquers per prints.
- Run process controls when required by the job order.
- Possess the ability to identify problems correctly.
- Perform quality control testing on material produced on the line.
Skills:
- Full understanding of all preprocess procedures phosphate, sanding, masking, media blast, burn out, etc.
- Proficient with all Mil-Spec primers and paints.
- Proficient in the use of quality tools and inspection equipment.
- Basic understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100 quality system.
- Basic understanding of Mil and ASTM requirements,
Position Requirements:

This is an entry level position that requires no prior experience:
- Must be able to work part as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for hours each day.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs alone.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
