PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist Management in operating more efficiently and effectively
Assists in the planning and administration of operational requirements such as projections and financials
Ensures overall quality and productivity are maintained within the program. Identifies and resolves operational issues
Provides information to evaluate program performance for adherence to established requirements
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
Provides information for the plan development including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for major portions of a program.
Provides assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex customer requirements. Performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans
Prepares, plans, and reports program activity. Prepares and coordinates program plans, project schedules, specialized reports, and proposal documents.
Serves as a liaison between the company and customers for program information. Anticipates and responds to customer needs and maintains an understanding of customer requirement

Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to receive a Secret Clearance within 90 days of award
This position requires exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management cost and schedule performance and reporting
Ability to collect and produce project financial reports
Ability to collect data and produce Integrated Master Schedules
Experience in risk analysis and reporting, issue analysis, identification of risk escalation trigger points
Experience in conducting cost and schedule analysis

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
