MGR Property Management is a large management company in Southern California managing HOAs, residential, and commercial properties.

MGR is a family owned and operated business since 1983 with a strong and diverse team reaching from Barstow to San Diego.


Job Roles and Duties:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing administrative and customer service tasks in the office.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Covering the reception desk on the weekend to collect rent checks, answer phone calls, and other reception duties
  • Complete data entry in the software, with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness
  • Organize files and complete needed filing from different team members' inboxes
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Complete any needed clerical items, such as sending mailers
  • Maintain the supplies in the breakroom, supply cabinets, etc. to ensure its accessible to the team
  • Update the community boards in the breakrooms for birthdays, holidays, events, etc.
  • Other items as needed for the successful administrative support for our team

Requirements:


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete those tasks independently
  • Availability to work on Saturday and Sunday

Schedule:


  • We are seeking to have an individual that can cover the front desk on Saturday and Sunday and can work 1 or 2 additional week days. This may make the schedule Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday, based on the availability of the individual.
  • The schedule would be 7 hours a day (9am5pm) for 4 days a week, totaling 28 hours per week.
