• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
• Provide sales support to customers throughout the sales process

• Utilize Spanish language skills for bilingual communication, if applicable

• Demonstrate strong public speaking skills during presentations and client interactions

• Proven experience in sales management or a related field
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Ability to provide excellent sales support and customer service
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with managing and optimizing a sales pipeline
• Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required
• Strong background in retail sales is advantageous
