    Position Overview
    The Account Executive is responsible for the execution of company vision and strategy to drive
    comprehensive multi-year B2C Retail Sales revenue growth. This position will nurture immediate and
    long-term Retail customer relationships aimed at driving revenue and market share through strategic.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with customers and leads via phone, email, and text message to identify and
    understand their Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating and window tint needs.

    • Meet or exceed sales quotas.

    • Create value propositions to alleviate customer pain points.

    • Meet customers as they arrive and complete a vehicle walkaround with the customer to outline
    any damage to the vehicle.

    • Communicate any delays in the completion time to customers and schedule the best time for
    them to pick-up their vehicle.

    • Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle.

    • Maintain consistent contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new
    products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

    • Use company supplied CRM to maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders,
    sales, lost business, etc.

    • Attend weekly Retail Sales meetings and report on previous week's sales wins and losses.

    • Partner with Quality Control Manager – Retail (QC Manager) on when installations need to be
    complete and delivered to the customer.

    • Collect payment from customers at time of invoicing.

    • Effectively manage time and resources to complete jobs based on priority.

    • Attend weekly 1-on-1 with Manager.

    • Balance team and individual responsibilities.

    • Effectively communicate with team members via written and verbal communication and
    collaborate on continual process improvements.

    • Use company supplied software to track jobs and vehicle statuses. Make updates in systems
    when necessary.

    • Provide management with any ideas for departmental process improvements to align with the
    needs of the organization.

    • Assist in scheduling Retail jobs.
    Requirements

    • Excellent customer service skills with a desire to build and nurture relationships.

    • The ability to inspire the trust of others.

    • Knowledge of automotive industry, detailing and Pant Protection Film (PPF) preferred but not
    required.

    • Superior mindfulness and ability to focus on a challenging environment.

    • Works well under strict time limits without compromise in quality.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and time management
    skills.

    • Ability to work independently with little direction.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications.

    • A professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor.

    • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

    • Driven, competitive nature able to excel in an ever-changing environment.

    • Proven results in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
