    Fully Remote Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney needed

    Boutique law firm in downtown Austin, TX is seeking a 2-5 year litigation associate attorney with experience in insurance, trucking, personal injury, or construction litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely and possess a JD from an accredited law school with admission to practice in the State of Texas.

    This position involves all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation, including drafting and responding to motions, conducting depositions, attending court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, trial preparation and trial. To be successful, candidates will need to have strong written and oral communication, research skills, and a high commitment to client service.

    The salary for this position ranges from $120 to $145K DOE with additional bonus and benefits packages. The minimum billable hours required is 1750.
