The competence center globally supports the Dynamics NAV/BC ERP solutions of the Max Aicher companies and is responsible for their implementation, further development, operation and support.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzing, specifying and developing internal customer requirements as well as implementing customer- and industry-specific requirements
Implementing solutions for the specialist department and integrating third-party solutions into our industry solution
Creating requirement analyses, process descriptions and specifications
Designing and customizing requirements
Managing and coordinating external partners
Actively supporting in live operation and integration tests
Initiating quality assurance measures and creating documentation
User support and helpdesk

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree in computer science/business informatics and/or comparable IT education
At least 3 years of experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV environments
Good understanding of business/manufacturing processes
