Our Trainee Program for Retail Management Assistants (m/f/d)

In small, large or very large steps forward? You have the choice of where to go after graduation. And if you choose Takko Fashion, then you can expect anything but boredom in your training and further education as a Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • At the beginning of your training, you will get to know the daily business in retail - from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as consulting, service and the right way to interact with customers.
  • The theoretical part of your training and further education will take place in regular intervals in block lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
  • Already during your training, you can take on first responsibilities for personnel and departments.
