    Seeking skilled professionals to join our team as a REMOTE Mortgage Loan Originator from our Fort Lauderdale headquarters.

    Stand out with:

    • Providing MLOs with a reliable list of top Real Estate Agents, eliminating fruitless meetings and increasing successful deal closures.
    • Exclusive offering of complimentary US-based Business Development Representative services to assist MLOs in accelerating deal closures through call management and meeting coordination.
    • Dedication to supporting team members in expanding their businesses by hiring top-tier professionals and furnishing them with the essential tools and backing for success.

    • No LOA or Processor fees, and no deductions on commissions for early loan payoffs.

    Compensation:

    $125,000 at plan yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • You will assist loan applicants in securing the perfect mortgage for their new home purchase
    • Our team provides the support and tools you'll appreciate, to build your business and take it to the next level

    Qualifications:
    • Active State NMLS in Florida since at least 2021
    • Exceptional decision-making abilities
    • Superior written & verbal communication skills
    • Superb interpersonal & customer service skills
    • Familiarity with multiple types of loans, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, & Non-QM
    • Work effectively with realtors, processors, & underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction-overseeing all customer interactions
    • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
    • Three (3) references listed on a resume
    • Ability to work remotely
