Dispatcher/office Assistant - Staten Island, United States - RTL

Description

Very busy Engineering office looking for dispatcher/office assistant 8AM-5PM. Individual must be extremely detail oriented, computer proficient, able to multi task and handle a high call volume. Knowledge in construction and/or NYC Building Department terminology preferred but willing to train.

Will be responsible for verifying DOB filings and contract inspections prior to dispatching daily schedules, Additional duties include providing office support such as filing and light typing.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
