  • Participation in the hygiene team with a focus on technical hygiene
  • Professional support for hygiene specialists, hospital hygiene experts, hygiene specialists and hygiene officers
  • Professional evaluation and monitoring of hygiene aspects of:
    • Processing of medical devices and their procurement
    • Cleaning and disinfection technology
    • Air conditioning systems including organization and monitoring of testing according to DIN and VDI 6022
    • Water supply and treatment
    • Food hygiene
    • Hygiene in laundry supply
    • Planning and implementation of construction and technical measures, their supervision and hygienic acceptance
  • Quality assurance in hospital hygiene through monitoring and control of media, technical equipment and medical devices
