As a Regional Manager at Unity Courier you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our courier services in California.

You will play a key role in driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our courier services within the region.
Lead and manage a team of operational staff, including courier drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel.
Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
Implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the region.
Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to team members.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within the courier or logistics industry.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation systems.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and achieving targets.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the transportation industry.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
