- Schedule meetings
- Receive bid proposals where needed, and record accordingly
- Monitor contract renewals and send out QAC and contract renewal letters accordingly
- Assist with preparation of procurement reports
- Record bid openings, as needed
- Submit contracts for OGC review, and monitors changes
- Track BOT-approved contract spend, based on input from procurement staff
- Track project-related purchases, based on input from procurement staff
- May process requisitions/issue purchase orders in Workday.
- Experience working in office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Experience working as part of a team
- Pays attention to detail
