The Caritas Association for the Diocese of Würzburg e.V. is the Catholic umbrella organization for social welfare in the Diocese of Würzburg. It coordinates the interests of over 900 charitable institutions with approximately employees.

We are currently seeking a Social Security Specialist / Tax Specialist or Business Administrator (m/f/d) for a permanent position in full-time or part-time for our Department of Economics and Finance in the Commercial Administration Services department at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

  • Clarification/examination of issues in collective bargaining/tax/social security and pension law
  • Processing of salary statements for a defined customer base after training
  • Contact person for employers, employees and social security providers
  • Collaboration with other departments such as human resources and accounting
  • Training and support of employees

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training
  • Customer orientation, reliability, teamwork - and most importantly, interest and enjoyment in this responsible position
  • Identification with the goals of Caritas and its Christian values
