Starting immediately, we are looking for a Customer Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Sankt Augustin near Bonn, full-time (40 hours per week).

As a company within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, we have been providing secure jobs for around 300 employees for over 20 years.

Together with the Sparkassen, we ensure jobs in the local area and are continuously expanding our locations nationwide.

Our services are tailored to the needs of the Sparkassen and are divided into the areas of real estate, cash supply, general administrative tasks, and financial accounting.

Through optimal process and cost management, we make an important contribution to the future viability of our customers.

With our outsourcing concept, we ensure smooth operations for the branch networks of the Sparkassen and gradually implement process and cost optimizations.

We also offer our services to surrounding Sparkassen, connecting the regions logistically and achieving economies of scale for the Sparkassen.

Our customer management team takes responsibility for the care and consultation of our customers, as well as the management and planning of the sales of our services from proposal creation to contract conclusion.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships nationwide, as well as establishing new contacts. What are my responsibilities?
