- Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates.
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media.
- Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn).
- Network with candidates offline during job fairs.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.
- Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates).
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
- Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures.
- Supervise the recruiting team.
- Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
- Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software for the employer.
- Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand.
- Research the best job advertising techniques.
- Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods.
- Develop and/or submit reports as necessary to monitor recruiting trends and activities.
- Represents the Recruiting Teams at meetings to present plans, projects, programs and activities clearly and effectively utilizing reliable and well-organized data, and to discuss and/or coordinate matters involving mutual efforts with other departments.
- Administer invoices within appropriate guidelines from MAC Accounting.
- Assist Finance with month end analysis as required.
- Track ROI's to measure performance of each marketing or recruiting strategy

- Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant.
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases.
- Experience working in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting.
- Ability to occasionally lift 5-20 pounds.

Job DescriptionPOSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for building a network of staffing & recruiting specialists and maintaining the appropriate staffing levels and placing job ads in various online channels and sites. The Manager of Staffing & Recruitment shall properly manage a network of personnel, evaluating members and creating / providing shortlists of qualified candidates to their assigned company and/or subsidiary. Assist with company management with the creating of job descriptions as related to company / department needs to ensure best value. Assist in designing recruiting materials for internal and external branding and the necessary pathway programs for long-term success. Prepare reports that identify major trends and analysis related to personnel and cost projections.
